Happy 3-day work week!!! I love a short workweek and I am absolutely excited about it. Especially because it ends in family and friends getting together for delicious food and binge shopping on Friday. This year, I have created a black Friday shopping list to keep me on track. I intend to do my Christmas gift shopping on Friday and I already know what I am getting everybody. I am so proud of me for getting my life together so early. It rarely happens, but I do admit, I am already  excited to share my gifts, I just know my family will love what I get them.

But on to the outfit, this floral set is actually a summer item that works better in my option as a fall item. My personal rule is, florals clothing items that are on a dark background are best for fall and winter, while florals on a bright background are to be worn in spring and summer. The set is so pretty and hugs all my curves, a huge, super plus.

The set has spaghetti straps so a jacket is a definite requirement. I also added a scarf for additional warmth. Finally, I wore my thigh high boots because the skirt has splits on the front and both sides, wearing boots underneath is the way to go during this time. I accessorized with my favorite pearl stud earrings that are perfect for an outfit with this much detail on it. Overall the outfit turned out a good as I hoped it would and I hope you like it too.
