Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! I am super excited to share another post with you. It is so refreshing to get back on the blog and doing the thing, I love most. I have been so unmotivated, but I know it is due to being stuck indoors. I get so inspired by the smallest things when I step outside, the sites, especially the pretty spring flowers, the fresh air and being around people. All that is so energizing to me and I can feel it lacking. Praying things get back to normal soon so I can get back to shooting outdoors.  But today is a new day and I am digging myself out of a rut and sharing a simple yet classy outfit.

For this look, I was going for a look that is easy to put together yet stands out. My aim was to add color with accessories and the purse is the star of the show. Small purses are currently in trend, so we get a check mark on that. However, the color was the main reason I was attracted to this item. I love that it is bright and indicative of spring/summer months.

I also added color to this look by adding a neck scarf. I love that it is light, not heavy or chunky but warm enough for the cool spring days. The scarf has gold decorative details over a blush pink background. Super pretty! And it has a pleated texture to it. I think this item elevates the look of the outfit, especially because it is a jeans and shirt outfit that needed to stand out in some way.

This outfit was a personal challenge to see how I can make a simple jean, and shirt outfit look more interesting and I think it was a success.
