Happy December!!! It is officially the month of parties and finding something to wear can be a bit draining, especially if you happen to have several parties to attend. So this month, I will share outfit ideas that will hopefully help make the outfit planning a little easier. Starting with this casual holiday party look.

Casual parties are great, for the simple fact that everything is laid back and jeans are acceptable. However, I am a big believer in dressing up your looks, even casual outfits. From the host’s perspective, it is nice to think someone cared enough about your event and put in some thought and effort into what they wore. From the attendee’s perspective, being the one that showed up super down dressed, is on a good look on your part. It is always better to show up over dressed than under dressed.

With that in mind, I added the glam effect through the top and heels. I went sparkly, because it is the season and they scream fun is here. In addition to the sparkles on the top, I like that it is half sleeve. It gives it that classy party feel, yet casual and not too series.

I also, had fun with the accessories for this look. I decided on going with the shine of silver. So I wore, silver earrings, a silver clutch with the prettiest rhinestones in it and matching rhinestone heels.  I just love the glam and spark that this look offers. I hope you do too.
