Happy new Year!!! We made it to 2020… whoohoo!!!
I hope everyone had a great holiday. Mine was fun and relaxing, gift giving was fun especially because I was so excited for my mom and sisters to receive the cutest dresses I got for them. I had to pat myself on the back for a job well done. Everyone loved them and I loved everything they got for me. Between that and good food and wine, it was such a lovely calm week.
I am excited to share my first post of the year and I am just as excited to share this tweed romper. I purchased it a year ago and held on to it, not sure why. Nevertheless, I was glad to be able to wear it, especially because tweed is the definition of winter material. It is such a timeless material, and classic that you cannot help but feel like such a classy person in it.
For this look, I wanted to keep it neutral, so I kept the colors to black, gray and blush pink for a little pop of color. While I love adding a brighter pop of color, a subtle pop can be just as effective in making an outfit stand out. Especially when it is one of those days that you do not feel like wearing something bright but do not want to be monochrome either. For accessories, I kept it simple and wore, stud earrings, silver sunglasses and a baker boy hat, which I feel adds character to the outfit.

I hope you like this post and I wish you all a blessed 2020.
